Description: the European Centre for Modern Languages is an Institute of the Council of Europe in Graz, Austria. The centre functions as a catalyst of reforms in the field of language teaching and learning. In collaboration with the world's leading experts, ECML develops 4-year programs focused on key educational issues that require urgent solutions.
The center has been organizing international internships since 1997. Inviting young professionals from all over Europe to join the organization's team for a short period reinforces the center's role as a place of international cooperation and promotes an atmosphere of intercultural learning.
The field internship
Twice a year, the Center offers internships lasting about 6 months.
Trainees can choose the main areas in which they would like to gain additional skills and knowledge:
Organization of events and meetings;
Working with documentation and internal resources;
Working with the center's website;
Finance and General management.
The internship is paid, the Intern will receive 720€ per month (at the end of each month), 20€ will be calculated monthly to pay for health insurance. Organizers do not pay for travel.

Requirement to candidates:
priority is given to candidates who currently reside (study) or are citizens of ECLM member countries (Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, " the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia»);
each internship program has its own individual requirements, below are the minimum requirements for candidates;
trainees can be graduate and postgraduate students;
excellent command of English or French (working languages of the Council of Europe) and, if possible, basic knowledge of German is required;
pay attention to details, especially when working with numbers;
be motivated and willing to work both as a team and independently;
excellent organizational and communication skills.

Where: Lisbon, Portugal
Program: "Live it Lisbon" will provide everyone with something new to do this summer. Participants will have the opportunity to meet people from all over the world. Learn more about the culture of Portugal and take with you the unforgettable experience of helping others. This program is designed for people who want to live, work and create connections with different people from all over Europe. The program involves volunteer work in Lisbon in the period from 1 to 11 July 2017, or from 24 August to 3 September 2017.
The program is paid, the fee is 220-250€. The registration fee includes:
accommodation (including bed, there is no need for a sleeping bag);
meals (Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner);
activities (social activities);
weekends according to the program (excursions and beach);
language courses or cooking courses (at the choice of the participant);
transportation costs during the program period;
administrative expenses;
certificate at the end of the program.
The fee does not cover transportation costs to and from Lisbon and within the city unless they are within the framework of the"Live it Lisbon"program.
Also, participants will be able to:
participate in community service;
make your contribution to work in the city;
get to know the Portuguese language through language courses;
learn more about the culture of Portugal and this beautiful city;
take part in cooking courses and add to your piggy Bank recipes from other countries;
have a great time.
Requirement to candidates
The program is open to everyone who is over 18 years old and interested in working as a volunteer.
Everyone who is interested can apply online for participation in the program. Each candidate's application is processed within 5 days. If the organizers have chosen you to participate in the program, you will receive an e-mail and you will have 5 days to pay for participation in the program.

The summer school dedicated to the Danube region is the result of the work of many institutions, associations and people. Since the European Commission adopted the EU strategy for the Danube region (in 2010), more and more people are sympathetic to the region, as well as to EU structures and international and national institutions.
Like the Baltic region, the EU has its own postgraduate programme. In order to attract young experts to the Baltic region, it is suggested that the Danube region and the countries, cultures and structures of which it is composed should create their own training programme, the main purpose of which is to teach young people to understand and love their native region.

interested in studying the politics, economy, culture and history of the Danube region;
over 20 years old;
