The European Union’s Erasmus+ programme has launched a new education modernization project on the theme “Modernization of higher education in Central Asia through new technologies”.
This project is implemented in 4 European universities-Bulgaria, Italy, Portugal, Luxembourg and 15 universities in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan.
The Ministry of education and science of Kazakhstan, Almaty technological University and Eurasian national University take part in the project. L. N. Gumilyov.
The new Erasmus+ project aims to create a sustainable academic network to improve methodology, share best practices in the field of innovative educational technologies.
As a result of the project, it is planned to create fifteen centers of innovative educational technologies and fifteen training laboratories in each institution of the partner University, as well as the expansion of educational resources based on cloud computing. In order to introduce innovative educational technologies in the institutions of the partner University, courses for teachers on the acquisition of digital skills and teaching methods will be organized.
The main coordinator of the project is the University of rusen. Angel Chincheva (Bulgaria), which has nearly 20 years of experience in this area.
